If you live in the Limerick/Tipperary area, there are a number of free resources we can offer:

The Still Looking DVD shows ordinary Irish people talking about the difference that Jesus has made to their lives. The U2 song "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" plays in the background as people speak about God in both the Irish and English languages. Although evangelical churches have been part of the Irish scene for centuries, we often think of them as being from other places such as the UK, the US and Africa. It's important for Irish people to feel that they don't have to lose their own culture and identity if they attend evangelical churches. Of course we shouldn't close ourselves totally to outside influences (we ourselves have had a huge influence on the world in both the secular and spiritual realms) but it's heartening to see very ordinary Irish people able to talk about God in a natural way. |

We also have a video called "That's Life" that has a similar theme. It was produced in the late 90's. It features Corkman, Sean Mullen, now the director of Evangelical Alliance Ireland You can also watch this video online. Here is the link - brought to you by a new Christian fellowship in West Belfast - Colin Glen Christian Fellowship. |

There were a lot of mixed feelings about the film The Passion. Some feel that we should never portray the Lord Jesus Christ at all. Some thought that the film could have been less gory and achieve the same ends. This book, 'The Passion of Jesus Christ' has nothing to do with the film itself, although it was written in response to it. It explains what happened at the cross. It is best read in a 'daily devotional' style rather than all in one go. You can also download online copies of this and other John Piper books here. |

The Jesus film has been viewed by over a billion people throughout the world. It has been translated into more than 425 languages and shown in more than 225 countries. In fact, no other film has been viewed by so many. You can even watch the whole thing on the Web if you have broadband. You can choose from many languages - useful if you are a student of the Ngakarimojong language! We have a limited number of copies to give away. |
We also have glossy copies of the gospel of Luke and John to give away. In fact, if you want a book on anything on a Christian theme, gives us a shout and we'll see what we can do. If you are over 18 and live in the Limerick/Tipperary region, contact us. If you are not from the immediate area, the 4you site also has free offers.
