Tipperary Christian Fellowship

We are a group of Bible-believing Christians meeting in Tipperary Town. The group has its origins in the late 70's, with a few people in the town joining together for Bible study and prayer. We have had regular Sunday Services since the 1990's, initially in the SIPTU hall near Churchwell and for the last ten years in our current location in Blind Street.

Our Sunday meetings include music and song, prayer, a talk on a subject from the Bible, and the Lord’s Supper. We also get together in private homes for midweek Bible study and for prayer meetings. We enjoy meeting together and find that we are mutually encouraged through each other’s faith and we benefit from the instruction given from the Scriptures. It helps us live a life more pleasing to God and gives us additional strength to cope with the challenges of life. Our whole purpose is to exalt Jesus Christ, of whom the Bible says: “Salvation is found in no one else”.

Every month we broadcast on Tipp Mid West Community Radio on the last Wednesday of each month at 6.30pm. These programmes include thoughts from God’s Word combined with some uplifting music. Some archived broadcasts can be found on mixcloud.

Tipperary Christian Fellowship is an independent church, not part of any denomination, but we keep ourselves informed about the activities of other Christian churches, especially those in counties Tipperary and Limerick, and fellowship nationally through Aontas, an alliance of Evangelical Churches.
